GENERAL QUERIES

  1. How to place a Return/Exchange request?

 

  • Visit the "Place your Return/Exchange Request" section on the website/app or click here to raise a return/exchange request for your order.
  • Submit the required details as prompted.
  • Follow the instructions and select the item(s) you would like to Return/Exchange.

 

Please note that the Return/Exchange request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date. Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will get in touch with you to confirm your request. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with the original packaging and tags.

 

  1. Are there any additional charges for Returns/Exchange?

 

We levy a charge of INR 150 for any return/exchange placed as a reverse shipment fee.

 

  1. How long will my order take to arrive?

 

Orders usually take 2-5 working days to reach all metros and tier I cities. For some pin codes, it might take a little more time. In case of delays, please contact us at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com.

 

  1. How would I know if my order is placed?

 

You will receive a confirmation of the placed order on your registered email ID and phone number. We will further notify you once it is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

  1. What happens if my shipment does not get delivered on time?

 

In case the order does not get delivered within 2-5 working days, please contact us at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com. We will do our best to get it delivered as soon as possible.

 

  1. Are there any shipping charges on delivery?

 

We charge a shipping fee of INR 100/- on all COD orders.

 

 

  1. Do we ship outside India?

 

Yes, we do.

 

CANCELLATION, RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND

 

  1. How can I cancel an order?

 

You can cancel your order within 30 min. of placing it. Click the cancel order button in the Order confirmation message to cancel your order.

 

  1. How do I return/exchange a product?

 

Visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request for your order. Pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and hand it over to our courier person. Once we receive it in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund to the same account details used for payment. Please note that a handling fee of INR 150 is charged for returns. Orders placed during any sale (e.g., BOGO) that include free products are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

 

  1. What happens to orders where products are received in damaged condition?

 

If you receive a damaged/defective product, notify us within 24 hours of delivery at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com and email us a photograph of the damaged/defective product. Failure to inform us may result in the return not being processed.

 

  1. What should I do if I receive a different item from the one I ordered?

 

If you receive a different/wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website or click here to raise a return request.

 

  1. Within how many days of purchase can I return my order?

 

A return request must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.

 

  1. I have requested a replacement, when will I get it?

 

For return/exchange, reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 days once the request is placed. It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse, undergo a quality check, and initiate the refund or exchange process within 72 hours.   1. Can I return all items?

 

Boxers, Socks, Perfumes, and Face Masks cannot be returned due to hygiene considerations. Additionally, orders including free products received during promotional events/offers are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

 

  1. When will I get my refund?

 

After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund or exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours. Please note that if a promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

 

  1. How do I get my refund for discounted items?

 

For orders placed with discounts that are returned, the discount will be waived off, and the products will be billed at MRP. The balance amount will be refunded as store credit.

 

  1. How do I get my refund for prepaid orders?

 

For prepaid orders, the refund method depends on the payment mode. The amount will be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. Please contact your respective bank if the refund does not reflect. If a promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. For non-promotional purchases, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

 

  1. How do I check the status of my returned order?

  1. How do I determine the correct size for me?

 

While placing your order, you will find the SIZE CHART on the product page, which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. Click on the SIZE CHART to find your perfect size.

 

PAYMENTS

 

  1. My payment was deducted from the bank account, but the order wasn't placed. What should I do?

 

In most cases, the payment is automatically credited back to your account within 2-3 business days. If not, email us the transaction details at vipcare@lordlyfashion.com, and we will verify and get back to you promptly.
